Effective Date: September 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of apsnational.com (the “Site”), operated by APS National (“APS National,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including learning about our services and contacting us about potential projects. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect content from the Site without our written permission
Informational Content Only
The content on the Site, including descriptions of pedestal paver systems, installation methods, system selection, drainage, wind uplift, and roof warranty considerations, is provided for general informational purposes only.
This content is not engineering, architectural, structural, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for project-specific evaluation by qualified professionals. Every elevated hardscape project has unique requirements, and you should not rely on the Site’s content to make design, structural, or purchasing decisions without professional review.
Estimates, Consultations, and Services
Submitting a request through the Site does not create a contract or obligate either party to proceed with a project. Any estimate, pricing, or scope discussed in connection with a Site inquiry is preliminary and non-binding unless confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement signed by APS National.
All consulting, cost estimating, and installation services are governed by the terms of the specific written agreement for that project. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, photographs, project images, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by APS National or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish Site content for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
Project names, property names, and manufacturer names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or a formal partnership unless expressly stated.
