Do you only work with certain types of clients?
No. We work directly with roofing contractors, developers, and general contractors as our primary partners, and also support property owners, landscape architects, and municipalities on elevated hardscape and pedestal paver projects.
I don't see my type of project listed — do you still work with us?
Likely, yes. These categories cover the clients we work with most often, but if your project involves elevated or ground-level hardscape installation, reach out! We can tell you quickly whether we are a good fit.
Does APS National work directly with property owners, or only through contractors?
Both. While much of our work comes through roofing contractors, developers, and GCs on active construction projects, we also work directly with property owners on standalone installation, consulting, or estimating needs.
How does working with APS National differ depending on which type of client we are?
The core expertise is the same across every project. We specialize in manufacturer-neutral installation and structural coordination. What changes is the starting point: a roofing contractor usually comes to us mid-project with a defined scope, while a developer or property owner may bring us in earlier, during planning or design.
Do you work on projects outside the commercial and hospitality space?
Yes. We’ve completed institutional and municipal work, including at the Florida State Capitol, and bring the same technical rigor to public-sector projects as we do to national commercial work.
